Terms & Conditions of Digital Software Sale

1. Digital Delivery & Download Links:

   Upon successful payment confirmation (immediate for card/online transactions, or upon verification for wire transfers), a secure digital download link will be automatically sent to the customer's registered email address. Downloadable .zip packages are also accessible immediately on the order confirmation page and within the customer's online Portal account.

2. Perpetual License & Usage:

   Purchased modules are granted on a lifetime, perpetual license for the customer's Odoo instance. Full source code is provided with no artificial user caps, document caps, or recurring monthly fees.

3. Google Gemini API Key Requirement:

   These modules connect directly from your Odoo server to the Google Gemini AI API via HTTPS. Customers must generate and input their own Google Gemini API key in Settings > Gemini AI OCR. Standard multimodal models include generous free tier quotas from Google AI Studio.

4. Version Compatibility:

   Each purchased module package is specifically engineered and validated for its corresponding Odoo major version (17.0, 18.0, 19.0, or 20.0) across both Community and Enterprise editions.

5. Installation & Setup:

   Customers are responsible for extracting the module files into their Odoo custom addons directory, restarting their Odoo server/container, and installing the application via the Apps dashboard.
